I have a weird health condition where I am highly reactive to mold, and it makes using most laundromats really hard. Thankfully this laundromat is very clean and well kept, and I will be back to use this place again. I live in Las Cruces, New Mexico and usually have to drive to Albuquerque just to use the only laundromat where I don’t react to the clothes from either mold or VOC’s, and I’m glad I found somewhere closer to use.

This laundry place is Amazing, it has a variaty or washers to choose from, from 30 lbs to 50 lbs. The place feels really comfy and very welcoming. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. If there a place to do your laundry its here.

David is absolutely amazing and so sweet. Cleanest laundromat and great atmosphere. Has a kids corner and a couple tables for doing work while doing laundry.

Every time I come to town to visit and get ready to leave, I like to wash our clothes before we head back home. I stop here to get my clothes wash before we head back. This Laundromat is always clean, the staff are always pleasant and very friendly. I stopped by today and they had K-Love playing!!! Very positive and encouraging!!!!! What a blessing!!!

Very clean and well kept. The gentleman that works here is very friendly. He stayed to himself doing his job helped when needed. After transferring from washer to dryer he brought me a bottle of water. Seen the struggle with a baby getting clothes out behind me.

Great customer service, very friendly attendant, he offers coffee and water. Also always giving me tips on how to wash my clothes. Very clean laundromat. Thank you

I have been going to Rainwater Laundromat for the last 3 months, and my experience has been great. The washers and driers are clean and I never have to wait to use them. The staff there are also very friendly and helpful. The possibility to pay through your phone makes it also very convenient. I highly recommend this place.

David, was very friendly, helpful and informative he was fantastic and will definitely come back here to this laundromat. He was even so kind to return my call and show me exactly how everything works best l have never been here. I had just had a knee replacement on my right knee was really sore and he even helped me bring things down. Blessings to a wonderful worker. Best in El Paso. Compared to others. "Wow-wow!!" Just Fantastic!!"

I came in because my washer broke on me and needed to wash a couple loads only. The double washer. Was only 3.25 and the bigger was about $6. Fast and efficient! Great customer service and was even offered a cup of coffee. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. No crowd and in and out. Plenty of parking . I will come again if I need to. Thanks for your hospitality.

First time trying Rainwater Laundry on Maxwell St and I’m glad I stopped in. I originally went to my usual laundromat nearby, but their coin machines weren’t working (which makes zero sense for a laundromat). So I tried this place across the street and it turned out to be a great find. The place is really clean, the machines look well maintained, and the owner was walking around handing out cold bottles of water to customers — great customer service. They also have free Wi-Fi, which makes waiting on laundry a lot easier. Prices are actually cheaper than the spot I usually go to as well. Clean, friendly, affordable, and solid service. Definitely coming back.
